- Setup Dropbox for LO to use
- Preparation of loan disclosures using your instructions
- Ordering credit reports
- Open escrow
- Order appraisal
- Submit loan to lender of your choice
- Follow through approval and work with underwriter etc. when necessary
- Send approval ASAP to loan officer
- Email borrowers with loan approval and punch list of items needed
- Order and handle all conditions from escrow company, appraiser and credit agency
- Send in all conditions
- Prepare doc request form
- Prepare “final forms” and send to escrow for signing
- Review Estimated statement
- Track file through funding
- We can bill our fee through escrow or have you pay us at closing separately – your call
- Receive final CD
- Prepare final package for your broker
- Put final file in DB in one PDF file for you to retrieve
